The Institute of Imagination were invited into the ITN studios for their news-style programme ‘STEM: Securing Opportunities for Future Generations’. iOi Executive Director, Tom Doust, discussed with Michael Underwood what we do at the Institute of Imagination for children, families and communities. With aspiration setting happening as young as 7 years old, the work that we do at iOi is fundamental to open up the opportunity for children not to narrow down their aspirations but look more broadly in the wide set of skills and competencies within STEAM.
