Lambeth Community Programme: Lab Life Making a Movement

You’re invited to… Lambeth Community Programme: Lab Life ‘Making a Movement’
We are hosting a Lab Life for Lambeth residents only, as part of the Lambeth Community Programme. This event will explore the topic of ‘Making a Movement’ through programming, light, movement, robotics and coding experiments.
Making a Movement will offer activities such as:
- Moving Christmas Light Boxes where you can programme Halo Light kits and sensors to bring the light box to life
- Giant Christmas drawings where you can code robots to move around the drawings
- Create your own sleigh with motors and wheels to make sure Santa brings your presents home, or invent a new way to get your presents to Santa
- Dash and Dots Christmas Adventure – complete a Christmas challenge assault course
When is Lab Life: Making a Movement?
Lab Life: Making a Movement takes place on Saturday 9 December. There will be two sessions on Saturday, a morning session from 10am – 12.30pm, and an afternoon session from 1.30 – 4pm.
Who is Lab Life: Making a Movement for and how much does it cost?
This event is free but can only be attended by members of the Lambeth Community Programme. It is ideal for children aged 3-10 years old and their parents/carers. Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult.
