You’re invited to… Lab Learn: Building a Super City (SEND)

In these schools sessions aimed at Key Stage 2, we will be imagining a city of the future. Working in teams, students will start by drawing and designing buildings and infrastructure for the city, before moving into construction using wire and mesh. Students will learn new making skills with wire formers and pliers and will explore different ways to make the city function using simple coding with BBC micro:bit.
When is Lab Learn: Building a Super City (SEND)
The sessions are on 13 July and run between 10am – 12pm OR 1-3pm.
Who is Lab Learn: Building a Super City (SEND) for and how much does it cost?
Lab Learn: Building a Super City is suitable for Key Stage 2 classes at schools and particularly for classes with children with SEND. There is no cost for this event, however spaces are limited. We will be working with 2 classes of 30 students on each day.
