You’re invited to…Lab Learn: Flying High (Lambeth Community Programme)
The Lab Learn Flying High programme explores all things flying! Key Stage 2 students will have the opportunity to experiment, prototype and test flying machines from paper gliders through to drones.
The workshops will investigate a range of themes including aerodynamics and velocity through a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and maths) based interdisciplinary approach.
Students will rapidly prototype through junk modelling and test the weight and aerodynamics of constructions in our wind tunnel. They will learn to power up flying machines by generating their own energy, plus coding a drone and prototyping rockets and helicopters.
Your school must be located in Lambeth to sign up for this event.
When is Lab Learn: Flying High
The sessions are on 12, 13 and 14 March between 10:00am – 2:00pm.
