You are invited to… London Curriculum Children’s Festival
We’re excited to be a part of the London Curriculum Children’s Festival, where we’ll be hosting a water rafting workshop for children and families.
Come and see us at Potters Fields for a fun afternoon of free workshops, family activities and more.
Water Rafting Workshop
The act of making a raft to cross a river is a superb test of skill and ingenuity. The Thames would have seen thousands of crossings in its lifetime before even a single bridge was built across it! In this activity, you’ll be able to make a minature raft and sail from craft materials and powered by wind, take on the challenge of naviagting it down an obstacle-laden river to safety.
When is the London Curriculum Children’s Festival?
The event takes place on Sunday 16 September from 1:00 – 4:00pm.
Who is the London Curriculum Children’s Festival for and how much does it cost?
This free event is aimed at children and families. Our water rafting workshop is perfect for children aged 5-12 years old and their parents and carers.
How can I book tickets?
The London Curriculum Children’s Festival is free to attend and the activities are drop-in, so no booking is required. Find out more about other activities taking place at the London Curriculum Children’s Festival on City Hall’s website.
